Nicolaus Majebele Mayenga is the current Managing Partner and Head of Finance Department of the firm. He specializes in Employment & Labour laws, Criminal and Civil Litigation, Immigration Laws, Land Laws, Banking & Finance, Corporate & Commercial Practice, Matrimonial & Family Laws, Probate & Administration of Estate Laws, Conveyance, Legal Drafting, and General Public and Social Service Lawyer. He is currently pursuing his master’s degree at St Augustine University
Education
He attained his Bachelor of Laws Degree in 2012 from The Saint Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT), Mwanza and is licensed to practice law in Tanzania. He is a member of the East Africa Law Society and the Tanganyika Law Society. In 2016 Mr. Majebele was awarded a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Law School of Tanzania in Dar Es Salaam.
Experience
Mr. Majebele was employed at RightMark Attorneys in Mwanza as a Legal Officer from 2012 to 2015 when he became an Associate Partner at RightMark Attorneys. He became a Partner in January, 2017.
