GASPAR NICODEMUS MWANALYELA
Gaspar Nicodemus Mwanalyela is the founding and senior partner of the firm. He specializes in Corporate & Commercial Practice, Banking & Finance, Land Laws, Conveyance, Mining Law, Investment Law, Election Practise, Insurance, Civil and Criminal Litigations.
Education
He attained his Bachelor of Laws Degree in 2005 from The University of Dar Es Salaam and is licensed to practice law in Tanzania. He is a member of the East Africa Law Society and the Tanganyika Law Society.
Experience
From July, 2005 to Jan, 2007 Mr. Mwanalyela was employed as Legal Officer at Juristic Law Chambers in Mwanza. He also worked with Savings and Finance Commercial Bank Limited (now NIC Bank Tanzania Limited) in Mwanza from Jan, 2007 to November, 2010 holding a position of Legal and Compliance Officer. He served as the Managing Partner of RightMark Attorneys since its inception until December 2023

Mr. Mwanalyela was also A Chairman to the Board of Directors of Kivulini Women Organization in Mwanza from 2012 to 2015. He was also appointed a Member to the University Council of St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT – MWANZA) from 2013 to 2016 and he is currently a Member of the Disciplinary Committee of Mwanza Press Club.
